- If you need an edit to your products or pricing you simply contact us via phone, email or website. (Minor changes can be made through this website as detailed here.)
- We make the changes for you and instantly update sign (or all of your signs if you have multiple sites)

Q: My broadband is not brilliant and I sometimes lose signal. Will I lose image on my screens?
A: NO. We embed the images with your screen. We only use broadband for occasional updates and amendments.
Q: Are there any hidden costs?
A: YES! Well – we do charge for artwork if you make major changes to your design.
We supply a quote beforehand, and you pay with credits through our website. Minor alterations can be done via our ‘Pay-As-You-Go’ online portal.
Q: Will I own the screens at the end of the contract?
A: Yes – they are yours to keep.
Q: Are the screens guaranteed?
A: Yes – The Screens come with a normal 12 month guarantee
Q: Can I sell advertising space on my own screens?
A: Yes! We will help you achieve this.
